shirleyDr Shirley Watson is a QRA practitioner, a CCN (certified clinical nutritionist) and a Doctor of Chiropractic specializing in nutrition and wellness.

She is in private practice in Culver City, CA and has become a go-to health practitioner for those with chronic ailments. Many of Dr. Shirley’s patients, who have suffered from low-grade to high-intensity pain with symptoms including irritable bowel, arthritis, headaches, constipation, chronic fatigue, sleep issues and hormone imbalances, have spent years visiting large numbers of medical and health professionals before finally arriving at Dr Shirley’s front door.

The secret to Dr Shirley’s success? While she works extensively with the physical manifestations of ill-health, she is also a firm believer that “ill health is the soul’s voice wanting to be heard.” As such, she has a three pronged approach to reestablishing wellness in the body. In addition to her QRA practice and the use of ERT techniques, she uses a specific and self-styled form of lifestyle coaching to help her get to the emotional, physical and spiritual drivers behind the ill-health a patient presents.

Much to the initial chagrin but eventual gratitude of many of her patients, Dr Shirley’s practice isn’t for the faint hearted nor those looking for a one pill prescription fix all. She works in partnership with her patients, offering innovative tools and health practices while encouraging hard work and the removal of limiting filters and beliefs.

In addition to her extensive practice, Dr Shirley is a published journalist who has written monthly health columns for magazines and newspapers. She has been published in numerous professional journals including the Journal of the America chiropractic association and has also been a featured guest on national radio programs.

Often referred to as a health professional ahead of her time, Dr Shirley wrote the American Chiropractic Association’s position paper regarding Genetically Engineered Food over a decade before the current understandings of the dangers of genetically modified foods had entered the mainstream. Dr Shirley’s findings encouraged sustainable crop practices and the labeling of genetically engineered foods.

Dr. Shirley is grateful for her patients and the amazing work and healings she has witnessed and looks forward to assisting you on your journey to outrageous health.
