Ingredients
  1. 6 ripe organic tomatoes
  2. 1 medium organic onion
  3. 2 medium organic garlic cloves, finely chopped
  4. 1 small organic jalapeƱo pepper, finely chopped
  5. 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  6. 3 Tbsp. fresh squeezed organic lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tsp. (or to taste) Premier Pink Salt
  8. Pinch (or more) cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Core tomatoes and rough chop them in high power blender until they're a chunky puree.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together.
  3. Let stand for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
